TOC Special Forces
At our shelter, all are welcome to volunteer. Our dogs and cats appreciate all the help you can give. Please contact us to set up an appointment to discuss how you can help, and how we can make arrangements for your particular needs to ensure a safe, happy volunteer experience.
Tails of Courage has also partnered with local organizations in an effort to expand our programs and volunteer services. #tocspecialforces is for individuals with disabilities. If you are classified or diagnosed, and currently partnered with one of these organizations, or are seeking services to partner and volunteer, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assess whether an individual may volunteer without the aid of a counselor, or seek the services of one of these organizations to provide a counselor who will enable you to volunteer at the shelter.
We also offer employment screening opportunities at the shelter. If you qualify, these organizations will assess your abilities and partner you with one of our staff for approximately 40 hours of on the job training and assessment which can then be attached to your resume and potentially help locate an employment match!
